Guilford Fair 2026
1. Register: Enter all required information and choose a password. If you already registered (perhaps for a different department) – click I have previously registered this year and enter your password. E-mail is a required field since it is how we will be communicating with you and the Department Chair.
2. Entries: Complete the information based on the prompts and the information from the entry form. Different Divisions will have different required fields. Please add any information that is not covered in the identified fields in the Description. If it appears the fields need to be modified (for example a class or description is incorrect), please notify via entries@guilfordfair.org.
When you have completed the entries, click Continue.
3. Review: Review what has been entered for accuracy and click the pencil on any entry that needs to be edited. Type YES in the confirmation and click Submit.
4. Confirm and Finish. Confirm you wish to receive a copy via email.
